Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable innovative and customized Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture of Salesforce applications ensuring best practices for design and development and aligning Salesforce strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms extensive experience in system architecture and the ability to lead crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality futureproof solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions ensuring that the architecture meets business requirements and is scalable secure and costeffective.
- Design and implement integrations with thirdparty applications systems and data sources using tools like Salesforce APIs middleware and data connectors.
- Create data models workflows and process automation to optimize Salesforce platform performance.
- Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation including solution design diagrams integration designs and deployment strategies.

Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers administrators and other technical resources.
- Mentor junior team members and guide them in adopting best practices in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Lead code reviews ensure adherence to coding standards and provide ongoing performance evaluations of Salesforcerelated technologies.
- Stay uptodate with new Salesforce features releases and emerging technologies to propose continuous improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs challenges and goals and translate these into scalable technical solutions.
- Work closely with Product Owners Business Analysts and other IT teams to ensure successful project delivery and to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Provide input into the development of business processes and workflows ensuring alignment with Salesforce capabilities.

System Integration & Customization:
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems including ERP Marketing Automation and other CRMs ensuring smooth data flow and process consistency across platforms.
- Implement customized features and functionalities within Salesforce including custom objects fields Lightning components and Visualforce pages.
- Optimize and troubleshoot system performance identifying opportunities for improvement in both user experience and operational efficiency.

Quality Assurance & Best Practices:
- Ensure that solutions are designed and built with Salesforce best practices and governance policies in mind.
- Oversee the testing deployment and continuous monitoring of Salesforce solutions to ensure highquality delivery and system stability.
- Enforce Salesforce security best practices including data protection compliance and access control management.

Project Management & Delivery:
- Provide technical leadership in project planning and execution ensuring that Salesforce solutions are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams project managers and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and resolution of any blockers.
- Lead efforts in scaling and upgrading Salesforce systems to meet business growth and evolving needs.

Salesforce Platform Strategy:
- Guide the organization in defining the overall Salesforce strategy and roadmap ensuring that it aligns with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish and manage technical governance for the Salesforce platform ensuring effective resource management platform performance and cost optimization.

Client/Partner Relations (for Consulting Roles):
- Engage with clients or partners to understand their requirements and help them navigate the Salesforce ecosystem effectively.
- Provide thought leadership in Salesforce architecture strategy and emerging technologies to clients and stakeholders.

Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Salesforce Certified Application Architect Salesforce Certified System Architect) are highly desirable.

Experience:
- 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation with at least 35 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform features including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and others.
- Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Apex Visualforce and integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs MuleSoft etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully implementing complex Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience with multicloud Salesforce implementations and integrations with thirdparty systems (ERP Marketing Automation etc.).

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture including platform services APIs security models data architecture and configuration best practices.
- Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce development tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for Salesforce including source control (Git) deployment tools and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications including using tools like MuleSoft Jitterbit or Dell Boomi.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model and managing large volumes of data.
