Job Description
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations
planning and strategy of the company as it sees transition to a public listed entity. This
role requires experience & expertise in financial management IPOrelated readiness
capital market compliance and investor relations. The ideal candidate should have prior
experience in handling an IPO and managing a public companys financial operations
compliance and reporting.

2. Key Responsibilities
IPO Preparation & Execution: Oversee the IPO process working with legal
accounting and investment banking teams to ensure readiness for filing and
launching the public offering.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial
modeling to provide insights and drive decisionmaking.
Reporting: Ensure timely accurate and compliant financial reporting in
accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) SEBI regulations and
other statutory requirements.
Compliance: Oversee the companys insurance tax and other statutory
compliance strategies ensuring adherence to tax laws GST regulations and
other legal requirements pertaining to Stock exchanges SEBI Company law etc.
Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the
companys financial stability and growth.
Accurate & Compliant Bookkeeping: Lead the accounting team in maintaining
meticulous errorfree books of accounts that meet the requirements for
regulatory compliance tax filings and audit purposes.

3. Desired Years of Experience
10 years of experience in finance and accounting with at least 5 years in a
leadership role (e.g. CFO VP of Finance or Finance Director) in a public or IPO
bound company.
