Job Description
WMHs Emergency Department treats between 17000 and 18000 patients every year. Staffed 24 hours a day by board certified physicians and nursing staff trained in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support we are here when you need us.
The Radiology Department and Laboratory are always staffed to ensure all of the hospitals diagnostic imaging and testing equipment including a staffed blood bank are at the ready. All of these services ensure our emergency department is capable of handling trauma cardiac and surgical services day and night.
Requirement description :
- 2 Years of experience Required
- Travel Experience Highly Preferred
- ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- License/Certifications (MI LARA & BLS ACLS AHA)
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 100mile radius restriction)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS
- TNCC
- NRP
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Active at time of Submission
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend
On Call Requirements : None
