Profile : Manufacturing Engineering
Experience 4 7 yrs.
Education : BE/BtechMechanical
Location: Roorkee
Job Responsibilities:
Should have sound knowledge & experience of Process and equipment Planning for Paint Shop PTED and Top Coat Process
Candidate must have deep knowledge about Powder coating process with 7 tank powder coating
Experience in paint shop mainly PTCED & Topcoat lines
Knowledge of the entire paint process including surface preparation powder coating curing and finishing
Basic knowledge of Materials PT CED Sealers Topcoat wax
Industrial Engineering facility execution Process standard preparation and Process Validation etc.
Should have sound knowledge of Auto Painting equipments such as Robots Turbine Bells Painting gun Paint Kitchen Air replacement plant Hot water generators RO plant DM water plant etc.
Should be able do analysis of defects and failures in painted components and assemblies
Study of the 3D product design data for manufacturability study.
Planning negotiations ordering installation and commissioning new manufacturing facilities
Shop / Cell Layout modification improvements and material handling system in the manufacturing shop etc.
Should have knowledge of various paint defects use of instruments such as DFT meter Data logger Gloss Meter etc
Working as CFT with Assembly Welding and Q/A for resolving Paint related issues.
Implement Engineering changes in existing models and interface with PPC / QA / Mfg shops for smooth implementation of the same.
Plan and implement pokayoke and automation proposals in work area for PQCDSM improvements
Should have an innovative approach for productivity improvements through TPM methodology.
Making of equipment tooling & utilities lists and budgeting for the same. Preparation of layouts.
Preparation of RFQ synopsis of the quotations Releasing Purchase Request.
Understand the safety requirements in installations & coordinate with Suppliers for safe and timely installation of equipment
Layout preparation for the Paint shop Production lines considering lean manufacturing systems
Materials layout machine layout process flow chart and line balancing
