Job Description
We have openings for Sr Data Engineer with Capital One in Richmond VA. Duration of the project is 8 months contract. Please find below JD and let me know if you have anyone for this position.
Interview: 2 rounds of 2 person interviews (probe their ability to write ETL code in pyspark or Scala) mostly semantics and how they build a data pipeline for high volume data
Team: EP Tech Consumer Identity Consumer ID Tech
Team Size: typically 5 or 6 (3 associates)
Project: These resources will help to support Voice Bio Anomaly Detection Big Table Implementation and BAU/RTE efforts
Must Have:
AWS Cloud (Glue & EMR)
Data Pipelines
pyspark scala python snowflake kafka
Nice to Have:
Java & API development
Prior CapOne
Other Notes:
Consuming from Kafka
Data pipelines running on EMR but migrating to Glue
Backend is Oracle DB
