We are looking for a dedicated Operations Support & Office Manager to play a crucial role in our office operations and support our leadership team. This position is ideal for a proactive individual seeking parttime work in a supportive and dynamic environment. It suits an ambitious Business Administration student or someone in a similar field as well as a seasoned professional looking to balance family life with an exciting parttime position.
Working closely with the Head of Finance & Operations and the rest of the leadership team you will deal with many tasks that enable daily business operations and projects to scale up automate and standardize processes. You will also be responsible for the office operations in Zurich.
Tasks
In this role you will
- ensure the efficient operation of the office including managing supplies equipment and infrastructure.
- support the Head of Finance & Operations and Clevel with organizational and administrative tasks.
- assist with internal and external reporting and manage payments and invoicing.
- contribute to HR activities including recruiting onboarding offboarding managing payslips and employee reimbursements.
- provide general project support across different teams.
- arrange business travel and organize both internal and external events.
- assist Clevel with email management and calendar scheduling to optimize their workflow.
- help with legal documentation and compliance matters as required.
