Tasks
- Coordinate Fides testing activities and further develop the test strategy
- Work on the technical and conceptual framework that is used across our products
- Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of a project
- Coordinate testing activities within a Scrum Software Development Team
- Review improve and implement a holistic test concept beyond the Scrum Team
- Write user stories and test cases
- Execute test cases with defect tracking
- Continuously increase test automation for automated regression
- Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained
- Document implement monitor and enforce all processes for testing as per newly defined standards
- Gotoperson for Product Owners Project Managers and testers
- Organize status meetings and create Status Reports
- Possibility to act as coach and sparring partner within the team for complex issues
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing / Test coordination / Test Management
- Experienced within requirements analysis test design writing test cases
- Experienced in test automation e.g. test scripts creation and execution
- Experienced in test execution e.g. manual testing tracking of defects and reporting of results
- Experience in API Testing using PostMan
- Experience in API automation with Rest Assured is an added advantage
- Experienced in writing test plans that consist of scope strategy approach and execution
- At least UpperIntermediate level (B2) of English any other language a plus
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative teamoriented environment
- Ability to communicate clearly stand up for own ideas and engage in a technical discussion to find the best solution approach
- Commitment to join a virtual team across multiple locations
- Proficient in Java programming is a must.
- Strong experience in API Testing.
- Proficiency in wiring and executing SQL queries.
- Hand on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium Rest Assured Junit 5 Postman.
- Work experience in Playwright is an added advantage.
- Experience working in the financial industry
