Qualifications:
- Proficient in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and experienced in routing optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of carrier management practices including LTL freight classifications and truckload market dynamics.
- Familiarity with conducting QBRs and invoice audits.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL or data visualization software).
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Experience with import transportation and understanding of international logistics processes is a plus.
Education: Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field or 3 experience in the Truckload Market.
