Job Title: SAP SD CS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) CS (Customer Service) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in SAP ECC and possess a deep understanding of business processes related to Sales & Distribution Customer Service and Order Management. The role involves providing endtoend solutions ensuring successful implementations and supporting SAP SD/CS modules for our clients across Pan India.

• Analyze and define business requirements in collaboration with business users and map them to SAP SD/CS solutions.
• Design configure and implement SAP SD and CS solutions in ECC.
• Manage endtoend implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering design configuration testing deployment and postgolive support.
• Perform system configuration and customizations for Sales Order Processing Delivery Billing Credit Management Returns Service Management and Customer Interactions.
• Troubleshoot resolve and provide expertise in SAP SD/CS production support handling critical issues and tickets.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams (MM WM FICO etc.) for seamless integration of SAP SD and CS modules.
• Train and guide endusers on SAP functionalities and business processes.
• Develop functional specifications and work with technical teams for any custom developments.
• Stay uptodate with SAP releases enhancements and best practices in the SD and CS domain.

• 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in SAP SD and SAP CS modules with at least 35 full lifecycle implementations.
• Indepth knowledge of SAP ECC (Enterprise Central Component) especially in SD and CS modules.
• Strong understanding of endtoend Sales & Distribution processes including Order to Cash (OTC) Pricing Billing Delivery Processing and Customer Service workflows.
• Expertise in SAP configuration for SD CS and integration with other modules (MM FICO WM).
• Experience in handling production support issue resolution and managing change requests.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an Agile project environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and any advanced features of SD and CS modules.
• SAP certification in SD/CS or related areas is a plus.
• Prior experience in working with global clients or multilocation projects is desirable.
• Knowledge of ABAP and debugging skills will be a plus.
