Job Description
Job Title: Technical Writer (US Citizens only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Education and Experience:
- Specific education and experience requirements are not explicitly stated in the RFP. However the candidate must have relevant qualifications and experience to meet the job responsibilities outlined below.
Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Agile frameworks including Kanban and Scrum (explicitly excludes SAFe).
- Expertise in developing clear concise and userfriendly technical documentation.
- Strong collaboration skills to interact with internal teams and Platform One value streams.
Work Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Create highquality documentation designed to clarify Platform One features and benefits focusing on user understanding.
- Develop and maintain content strategies and scope out value stream products to include all necessary user information.
- Produce comprehensive user guides developer documentation and online help materials.
- Work with Platform One Value Streams to define documentation requirements.
- Translate complex technical terms and concepts into easily understood web content tailored to the audience.
- Analyze existing and potential content for reuse opportunities and create tutorials to support endusers.
- Maintain the information architecture to ensure consistency and usability.
