As a Project Engineer you will play a key role in overseeing complex construction projects from initial planning to final completion ensuring compliance with safety quality and performance standards. This position provides critical support to project teams and serves as a primary point of contact for project execution and client communication.
Key Responsibilities: - Review project specifications contracts and drawings to determine construction requirements and develop execution plans.
- Manage overall project performance including scope safety quality schedule innovation cost and client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients maintaining and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide status updates and performance reports to executive management.
- Ensure compliance with IEWs Project Management and Safety Standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure performance is aligned with project scope.
- Maintain accurate and consistent submittal logs schedules and reports as requested.
- Oversee the safety training and equipment allocation for all team members involved in the project.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Project Management Construction Management or a related field.
- 6 8 years of experience in construction project management.
- Thorough understanding of construction industry practices processes and standards.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to adapt to changes manage competing demands and address unexpected challenges effectively.
- Strong focus on accuracy thoroughness and quality in work execution.
