Job Description
Job Title: Inspection SME
Location: Roxana Illinois
Job Description:
- Responsible for collecting and managing engineering information from different system of records like SAP PCMS Documentum Livelink SharePoint etc.
- Responsible for creating RBI inspection plan and schedulebased inspection plan
- Responsible for designing configuring and reviewing all inspection plans in PCMS
- Responsible for all PCMS configuration and data load activities results
- Participate and drive data gathering and data mining efforts to ensure data accuracy and thoroughness
- Prereview all Deliverables to ensure PCMSInspection processes and principles are applied to Client RBI system
- Sound knowledge of conventional and advanced inspection technics being used in refineries
- Good knowledge of Damage Mechanisms
- Responsible inspection history summary and grading for the assigned damage mechanisms
- Able to review historical inspection reports and summarize Key inspection findings and assign LoIE (Level of Inspection Effectiveness)
- Help to facilitate Process Overview Systems and Circuits Review and Inspection Planning Review sessions
- Responsible for overall coordination and discussion with internal and external stakeholders
- Good understanding of refinery processes to implement Risk based Inspection Strategy
- Well convergent with different RBI data management systems like PCMS Meridium Capestone Visions UltraPIPE
Skills:
- Minimum 10 years process industries experience
- Minimum 5 years experience employed by owneroperator company as an Inspector in a refinery
- Technically capable in Inspection data management
- Should be able to read and understand engineering documents like P&IDs PFDs SLDs Data sheets Inspection reports GA drawings etc.
- Excellent in coordination and maintaining relationship with Customer
Educational Qualification:
- BE or Diploma
