Job Description

Position: Branch Sales Manager

CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2–6 years
Product: Home Loan Loan Against Property (LAP)
Location: Delhi (Mayur Vihar Dwarka)
Mode of Sourcing: Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) or Open Market

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development:

    • Drive the sales of Home Loan and LAP products through DSAs and open market channels.
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for the assigned locations.
  2. Channel Development:

    • Identify onboard and manage relationships with DSAs in the region.
    • Build a robust network of channel partners to ensure consistent lead generation.
  3. Open Market Sourcing:

    • Identify new opportunities in the open market by engaging with potential customers directly.
    • Leverage market intelligence to expand the business reach.
  4. Team Leadership:

    • Train and manage a team of executives to achieve branch sales objectives.
    • Monitor team performance providing regular feedback and support to ensure productivity.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and channel partners.
    • Address customer queries and ensure a seamless service experience.
  6. Market Analysis & Strategy:

    • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.
    • Share insights with senior management to improve offerings and sales processes.
  7. Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure adherence to organizational policies regulatory norms and credit policies.
    • Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate/PostGraduate in any field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience:
    • 2–6 years of relevant experience in Home Loan and LAP sales.
    • Strong background in DSA handling or open market sourcing.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven expertise in managing and driving sales through DSAs and open markets.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team management and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Delhi real estate market especially Mayur Vihar and Dwarka regions.
  • Analytical mindset to track performance and adapt strategies.
