Experience Required: 2 years in sales or financial services preferably in Gold Loan
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers for gold loan products through direct sales referrals and networking.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and crossselling opportunities.
- Loan Processing: Guide customers through the gold loan application process ensuring documentation is in order and all compliance norms are met.
- Market Penetration: Promote gold loan products in the assigned territory to meet business targets and increase market share.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for loan disbursements and customer acquisition.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers ensuring quick resolution of any queries or issues.
- Reporting: Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on sales activities loan disbursement and collections.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all loan transactions comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines minimizing risks associated with loan defaults.

- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives to achieve gold loan sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive gold loan disbursements and expand the customer base.
- Training and Development: Provide continuous training to the sales team on product knowledge sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and emerging trends in the gold loan industry.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the sales team's performance and take corrective actions when required to ensure target achievement.
- Client Relationship Management: Assist the team in building strong relationships with clients and resolving any escalated issues related to loan processing or disbursements.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the sales team follows all compliance regulations and processes related to gold loan offerings minimizing risk and defaults.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management outlining progress toward targets challenges and opportunities.
