How you might spend your days:
You will have varied workdays in a dynamic environment with broad contact to the organization both in India and in Denmark. More specifically your key responsibilities will be to:
- Talent Strategy and Planning: Conduct workforce planning and skills gap analysis to forecast and address future talent needs.
- Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs focusing on cultivating highpotential employees for succession planning. Provide executive coaching to senior leaders enhancing their ability to drive organizational performance.
- Learning and Development: Monitor the impact of learning and development initiatives and help the learning team to continuously improve programs based on feedback and outcomes.
- Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI): Partner with HR and DEI teams to integrate inclusive practices into talent management processes.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by preparing leaders and teams for transitions. Develop and implement communication and training plans to facilitate adoption.
- Data and Reporting: Utilize datadriven insights from analytics team to evaluate talent management programs and their impact on organizational performance. Present regular reports on key talent metrics to leadership teams.
- Stay Current: Stay abreast of industry and talent trends emerging technologies and best practices to ensure our programs remain innovative and effective.

- Minimum 10 years of experience within HR hereof minimum 5 years of experience within Talent Management
