Job Overview
We are seeking a detailoriented and highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends make recommendations and support the companys strategic objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Collect clean and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights to inform business decisions.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Excel).
- Work with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into datadriven solutions.
- Develop and implement data models forecasts and algorithms to solve business problems.
- Present data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Assist in the design and optimization of data collection and data entry processes.
- Perform adhoc analysis as required and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance policies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL Python R or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Excel).
- Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and data modeling methods.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis is an advantage.
