Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Santacruz East Mumbai (Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in IT solutions and working with US/European clients. You will play a key role in understanding business needs analyzing requirements and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand analyze and document customer requirements.
- Act as a bridge between the client and the project team.
- Review current systems and identify gaps to improve processes.
- Create and present reports workflows and conceptual UI mockups.
- Train clients on how to use the delivered solution.
- Support defect tracking and testing to ensure highquality delivery.
Requirements:
- Qualification: BE/BSc MBA (Systems/IT).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT solutions and client handling.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of business workflows and creating mockups.
- Proficient in Excel for business reporting.
- Detailoriented and organized.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Job Description: Designation: Bizagi BPM Developer Experience:4 to 7 years Work Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad and WFH Notice period: Immediate to max 15 days Key skill: Must have 4 years of experience in Bizagi BPM developer, preferably in the software development industry. Job Profile: We are currently seeking candidates for a Bizagi BPM Developer position within our organization and would like to enlist your assistance in sourcing suitable candidates. Responsibilities: Work with Team Lead/Project Manager to understand business requirements. Develop functionality/modules with a focus on usability, reliability and supportability. Development includes building Process Models, Data Models, User Interfaces and Integration to third-party systems. Ensure excellent levels of performance and scalability. Adhere to architectural goals and principles. Document technical design, process flow and support plans. Consult with various implementation and quality-assurance teams to create and execute unit tests for all code developed. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in software industry. Excellent Analytical skills Experience developing web based or BPM business solutions using low code platforms preferably Bizagi BPM only and should also have good JavaScript, JQuery, CSS3 and HML5 skills Deep knowledge of MS SQL server with ability to define complex E-R data models. Good knowledge of Microsoft IIS or JBoss Server including performance tuning. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. BE/ BTech or equivalent, preferably with strong curriculum in Computer Sciences
