Negotiate the annual agreements: services fulfilled by the Pan European Retail Accounts and the annual rebates non conditional and conditional needed to perform those services.
Establish relationships develop yearly and mid/long term business plans with those customers and generate sustainable business value and profitability.
Initiate propose and follow up Pan European volume deals or deals targeted at a Group of countries within the Pan European Agreement: special prices derivative products bundles .
Work with the different local entities to ensure that the Pan European contract is used as traction to increase our business at country level.
Collect information about competitors.
Work with all the departments in EU HQ whenever needed to support the business with those Pan European Accounts
10 years in sales management roles in Consumer Electronics manufacturers
Very good network within the Pan European Retail Accounts
Strong listening and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver results with a lot of autonomy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English
