Laser Operator

Job Title: Laser Operator

Location: Dudley

Pay Rates: 13.00 - 13.50 per hour

Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday rotating shifts - 06:00-14:30 & 14:00-23:30.

Do you have experience with fibre lasers? We are looking for an experienced Laser Setter Operator to work with one of our clients based in the heart of Dudley. This position is a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Setting and operating laser.
• Reading drawings.
• Changing tools.
• Liaising with the production manager.
• Using measuring tools where required.
• Quality checking work.
• Making necessary adjustments to the machine.
• Liaising with maintenance.
• Loading and unloading the machine.
• Assisting in other areas where required.
• FLT Driving (licence required)

Qualification/experience:

• Must have experience setting and operating a laser.
• FLT licence.

Benefits and working hours:

• Monday to Friday rotating shifts - 06:00-14:30 & 14:00-23:30.
• Permanently employed directly by the business after 12 weeks of working through Oliver Rae.
