Job Description
Must have an active RN Texas License or active multistate compact RN license clear of stipulations or disciplinary actions.
Must have a Masters degree (education preferred) BLS & Minimum 5 years of acute care nursing experience.
3 years of Kidney Transplant Coordinator experience (Kidney exp is a must and it is nonexchangeable/negotiable for any other specialties.
Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Must have an updated resume. Job history dates and units worked in must be accurate. Must have a proven track record of consistent work history. Not job hopping. If there is job hopping we simply need an explanation as to why they left (relocation promotion/growth etc.).
Requirements
Familiarity with Epic OPTN and CSM guidelines is important.
Must be able to communicate efficiently.
Certification as a Transplant Coordinator is a plus.
