Job Description
An established hospital in a small town of New York just a short drive from Syracuse NY is seeking an MRI Technologist in their radiology department.
Pay: $42$62/hour depending on years of experience
MRI Technologist Opportunity:
- Multiple openings weekends nights and days
- Basic computer skills including the use of multiple Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Ability to perform all job duties with no accommodations including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly bending and twisting and standing for up to 46 hours daily
- Understanding of the anatomy and physiology necessary to perform Xray testing including body mechanics and patient movement
MRI Technologist Qualifications:
- ARRT Certification in (R) Radiologic Technology. Certification in (MR) MRI Technology within one year of employment
- Active New York State Licensure in Radiologic Technology
- New York State IV contrast certification is required within 30 days of employment
- BLS CPR certification
