Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Instruction:
- Teach English to senior secondary students (grades 1112).
- Prepare and deliver lessons based on the curriculum ensuring alignment with educational standards.
- Develop students proficiency in reading writing speaking and listening.
- Engage students in critical thinking and analysis through discussions debates and literature reviews.
- Conduct regular assessments both formative and summative to evaluate students progress.
Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development:
- Design detailed lesson plans incorporating various teaching methods and techniques.
- Select appropriate texts (literary works prose poetry etc.) to engage students.
- Create assignments projects and exams that challenge students to apply their knowledge of English.
Classroom Management:
- Establish and maintain a positive disciplined and motivating classroom environment.
- Handle student queries and provide individual guidance when needed.
- Manage student behavior and resolve conflicts effectively.
Student Support & Mentorship:
- Offer additional help to students who are struggling with the subject.

Requirements
M.A English and B.Ed with 2 to 3 years of teaching experience
