Grinder Position
- Pay: $1516/hr
- Shift/Hours: 1st Shift MondayFriday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Employment Type: TemptoHire
- Location: Pryor OK
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicatedGrinderto join our team in Pryor OK. This role involves precision work in smoothing sharpening polishing and grinding metal objects to meet quality and manufacturing standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Grind sand clean or polish objects or parts to correct defects or prepare surfaces for further finishing using hand tools and power tools.
- Select and mount grinding pads on hand grinders according to specifications utilizing knowledge of abrasives and grinding procedures.
- Fill cracks and blemishes with bondo for a smooth finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including sweeping and trash removal.
- Perform other duties as requested directed or assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
