Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive sales and increase company revenue and subsequently define datadriven actions and strategies in order to consistently optimize the business commercial performance. The CMO is expected to plan develop and execute the companys marketing and sale strategy as well as advertising initiatives and strategy. The role also includes sales and customer service management.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Planning development and execution of marketing and distribution strategy that aligns with organizational goals
- Sales and customer service management and delivering on the Company s overall revenue target
- Driving new business revenue and managing the renewal of existing business through developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ensure realization of target revenue outlet coverage and business growth.
- Develop strategy for Sales Team Capacity Building. Creation of a high performing team environment enabling employees to reach their full potential and maximize personal and business performanceDefine and communicate annual goals perform formal and informal performance reviews and ensure changes and updates are communicated in a timely and professional manner.
- Effective allocation and deployment of all Sales assets assigned to the Region to ensure optimal utilization.
- Ensure the Daily route plan is adhered to for effective and efficient coverage of all outlets
- Reporting & Documentation of all sales activities to ensure timely and accurate decisionmaking.
- Supervision of teams daily truck out and Average time to sell
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor s degree with extensive professional experience a masters in business administration with a focus on marketing or an MBA with a concentration in Marketing.
- 1015 years experience in Sales & Marketing preferably from FMCG as a CMO or equivalent senior marketing leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing managing and executing a wide range of marketing programs/campaigns across B2B and B2C verticals.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire mentor and develop marketing professionals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the capacity to leverage data and insights for informed decisionmaking.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analytical platforms
