We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative Tech CoFounder (future CTO) f/m/d to join Aiones. If you have a passion for AI a drive for innovation and a desire to be at the forefront of technological advancements this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Cocreate and drive the vision for Aiones
Handson development of our systems and product lineup
Oversee and manage server and deployment landscape
Build and lead a talented technical team fostering collaboration and innovation
Bridge the gap from strategy to technical implementation
Take action in other areas of the venture when and where needed
Requirements
What you bring to the team:
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a demanding startup environment
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Strong knowledge of server infrastructure cloud deployment and system integration
Well experienced with different types of databases (e.g. Neo4j Postgres Qdrant)
Expertise in CI/CD procedures and software development cycles
Deeply interested in artificial intelligence and machine learning
Fluent in English German or any other languages are a plus
Previous startup experience is a plus

Hard Skills You Bring to the Team: Extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a portfolio of completed greenfield projects. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js). Strong command of back-end development using Node.js or Python Experience with database management, including relational, vector and graph storages. Familiarity with API development, security and integration Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to integrate AI services into applications. Proficiency in version control systems such as Git. Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). Soft Skills To Complement Your Profile: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to tackle complex development challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and development practices. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
