Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to business and personal email correspondence promptly
- Organize and maintain business documents invoices and filing systems
- Track expenses and chase receipts utilizing Xero for accurate bookkeeping
- Liaise with suppliers maintaining positive business relationships
- Create and update todo lists for business and personal tasks
- Set reminders for schoolrelated deadlines and manage notifications
- Perform bookkeeping tasks in Xero including invoice management and reconciliation
- Prioritize and manage a diverse workload across business and personal domains
Requirements
- Proficiency in Xero bookkeeping software
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven track record of prioritizing tasks in fastpaced environments
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g. WhatsApp Zoom Google Chat)
- Adaptability to handle both business and personal task management
