As the Real Estate Sales Manager at JET Realty Advisors you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies and driving the success of our virtual brokerage. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies that align with our goals and objectives.
Leading and supervising the sales team to ensure that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Enhancing the sales process to foster a highperforming motivated team that thrives in a virtual environment.
Formulating and executing strategic plans aimed at achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.
Building and nurturing strong longlasting relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicating our value proposition through wellcrafted proposals and engaging presentations.
Staying informed about categoryspecific landscapes and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Monitoring and reporting on factors that influence budget allocations and the strategic direction of accounts.
Providing handson support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
Managing and tracking the performance of the sales team reporting results and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related field work experience can substitute for degree.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales demonstrating a proven track record of success.
At least 3 years of experience in a sales management role with strong leadership skills to coach and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills enabling you to drive successful outcomes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and team members.
Indepth understanding of the real estate market including current trends and best practices.
NY or NJ real estate salesperson licensee required
