Job Overview:
We are seeking a Website Designer with a strong UI focus who can transform design concepts into visually engaging and userfriendly websites. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of modern web design principles UI patterns and the ability to balance creativity with functionality to produce designs that captivate users and support business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- UI Design for Web: Create visually compelling highfidelity designs for responsive websites focusing on layout color typography and visual hierarchy.
- Wireframes & Mockups: Develop wireframes mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Design System Development: Collaborate on and maintain UI design systems ensuring consistency across pages and brands.
- User Interface Enhancements: Optimize existing web designs by improving UI components ensuring the site is visually appealing and intuitive.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers developers and content creators to align on project requirements design feasibility and technical constraints.
- Responsive & MobileFirst Design: Ensure that all web designs are fully responsive and optimized for performance across devices.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand alignment and visual consistency in every website component adapting designs based on feedback and evolving brand standards.
- Research & Trends: Stay current with web design trends tools and best practices bringing fresh ideas and innovative UI solutions to the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Web Design Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in website and UI design with a portfolio showcasing responsive web design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
- Strong understanding of web design principles including visual hierarchy typography color theory and layout.
- Experience with responsive and mobilefirst design.
- Familiarity with HTML CSS and frontend development principles (coding skills are a plus but not required).
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
