Job Overview:
As the UI Lead Developer you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the frontend architecture for our web applications using React. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including UX/UI designers backend developers and product managers to deliver seamless highquality user interfaces. This role requires strong leadership skills a deep understanding of frontend technologies and a passion for mentoring junior developers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead FrontEnd Development: Lead the frontend development team guiding the design and implementation of user interfaces using React and other modern technologies.
- Architect Scalable UI Systems: Design and maintain scalable frontend architecture ensuring maintainability and performance across the entire application.
- Code Reviews & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices ensuring highquality code consistency and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Work closely with product managers UI/UX designers and backend developers to create responsive userfriendly web applications.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative growthoriented environment for the frontend team.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance of the frontend code including loading times responsiveness and overall user experience.
- UI Testing: Develop and maintain a robust testing strategy for UI components using tools like Jest React Testing Library or Cypress.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay uptodate with industry trends new tools and frameworks and drive continuous improvement of UI development practices.
- Component Libraries & Design Systems: Collaborate with design teams to maintain and evolve UI component libraries and design systems ensuring consistency across the application.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Proven experience in leading frontend teams and managing development projects.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6) TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
- Experience with responsive design accessibility and crossbrowser compatibility.
- Familiarity with frontend build tools and bundlers like Webpack Babel and NPM/Yarn.
- Solid understanding of Git and version control.
- Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
