Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced JavaScript Manager to lead our frontend development team in building highperformance and scalable web applications. In this role you will oversee the development process manage project timelines and ensure the implementation of best practices in JavaScript development. You will play a key role in driving innovation enhancing user experiences and aligning development efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design development and maintenance of web applications using JavaScript and associated frameworks
Manage a team of frontend developers providing mentorship guidance and performance feedback
Oversee project timelines resource allocation and ensure successful delivery of high quality applications
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements and ensure seamless integration with backend services
Optimize application performance security and scalability while adhering to best practices
Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and advancements in the JavaScript ecosystem
Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and collaboration within the team
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field with extensive experience in frontend development
Proven experience leading teams and managing projects particularly with JavaScript and modern frameworks
Strong expertise in JavaScript HTML CSS and familiarity with frontend build tools (e.g. Webpack Babel)
Knowledge of backend technologies and API integration is a plus
Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining highquality standards
