Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by achieving targets and ensuring consistent incremental growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and establish a strong market presence.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects including architects and interior designers to promote products and services.
- Lead coach and manage sales representatives including recruitment setting objectives and monitoring performance.
- Effectively handle multiple priorities work under pressure and meet deadlines to achieve business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and business development preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Experience working closely with architects and interior designers is an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong public relations (PR) abilities.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must be female and below 35 years of age.
