Product Manager Mobile F2P Casual Games

We are looking for an ambitious Product Manager to join our clients team and help shape engaging mobile freetoplay (F2P) casual games tailored for Western audiences. If you have a strong analytical mindset a passion for gaming and experience in driving datadriven decisions this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:
- Define the product vision and strategy aligning with market trends and player preferences in the casual F2P space.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap prioritizing features and improvements based on player needs and business goals.
DataDriven Decision Making:
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like retention engagement and monetization to assess game performance.
- Use insights from player data and market trends to inform product decisions and optimize the game experience.
Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with game designers developers artists and live ops teams to bring the product vision to life.
- Facilitate smooth communication across teams to ensure milestones are met on time.
Feature Development and Testing:
- Conceptualize define and prioritize new game features or improvements.
- Collaborate with data analysts to design and evaluate A/B tests for ingame features.
Player and Market Insights:
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand trends in the Western market.
- Gather player feedback through surveys forums and analytics to improve gameplay and monetization.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Present product updates data insights and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
- Align team efforts with the overall business objectives.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 13 years of experience in product management preferably in mobile F2P casual games targeting Western audiences.
- Handson experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role is a strong advantage.
Education:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a premium institute (e.g. IIT IIM NIT or equivalent).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of freetoplay monetization strategies and player behavior in casual games.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tools like SQL Excel or Python for data analysis.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA Trello or Confluence.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to align crossfunctional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with A/B testing and analyzing test outcomes.
- Familiarity with game analytics platforms (e.g. GameAnalytics Adjust or Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of Western market trends in casual gaming.
Soft Skills:
- Problemsolving and critical thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fastpaced environment.
