Youll play a pivotal role in market research lead generation client acquisition and strategic planning while championing the organisations tools and services to a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct detailed research to identify market trends customer needs and opportunities in the blockchain and emerging technology sectors.
- Analyse competitor activities and assess potential markets for expansion.
Lead Generation:
- Develop innovative strategies for lead generation across digital marketing social media networking events and industry conferences.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the companys ideal client profile and maximise conversion potential.
Client Engagement & Acquisition:
- Engage prospective clients through outreach campaigns tailored pitches and presentations that address specific challenges in emerging technologies.
- Highlight the organisations offerings as solutions to key industry risks and opportunities.
Product Development Collaboration:
- Work closely with product teams to provide market feedback driving improvements and ensuring competitive positioning of solutions.
- Stay updated on advancements in technology and risk management to align products with market demands.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
- Act as a trusted advisor providing insights and solutions that enhance customer value.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of gotomarket (GTM) strategies and set sales targets in alignment with organisational goals.
- Continuously monitor and refine strategies based on market performance and evolving opportunities.
Advocacy & Education:
- Share expertise on blockchain technologies and emerging risks through blogs whitepapers and public speaking engagements.
- Champion the organisations role as a leader in technology risk management.
Collaboration & Performance Monitoring:
- Work crossfunctionally with marketing product development and customer support teams to ensure seamless market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Track performance metrics prepare reports and provide actionable insights for leadership.
Key Requirements
- Deep understanding of and enthusiasm for the blockchain industry.
- Proven experience with gotomarket strategies and lead generation.
- Strong client engagement negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and provide marketdriven feedback.
- Experience in strategic planning sales performance monitoring and reporting.
- Knowledge of industry regulations ethical standards and risk management practices in emerging technologies.
- Selfsufficient capable of managing responsibilities independently with minimal team support.
