Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Advisor youll assist clients via phone chat email and social media resolving account technical and financial inquiries. Youll deliver expert advice ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support via phone live chat email and social media.
- Address issues such as account setup verification login financial matters and technical challenges
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers within the sports industry
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries complaints and feedback

Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
