Corporate Title: Fixedterm Customer Service Representative

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Our Customer Service team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Fixedterm Customer Service Representative.

In this role you will be the primary point of contact for addressing and facilitating all customer inquiries requests or complaints through the designated skill set and assigned channels. You will play a crucial role in fulfilling transactions and resolving concerns within established productivity and quality standards.

What the role will entail

  • Address and facilitate customer inquiries requests or complaints in person and through assigned channels
  • Provide exceptional service and support in line with EastWests commitment to service excellence
  • Efficiently fulfill customer transactions while adhering to productivity and quality standards
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction

What were looking for

  • Must have completed at least 2 years in college or a 2year vocational course
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be conversant
  • Customer service oriented
  • BPO/Customer Service experience is an advantage
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules. No graveyard duty.
