Job Responsibilities:
- Handling imports process activity to make sure documentation cargo handling done and complete.
- Make sure attendance punctuality and duty in work schedule.
- Work closely with Infineon Team Leader to ensure operations running smooth.
- All report or prealert must complete by daily basis and ensure correct details in place.
- Check emails and followups request on import and export (including adhoc) shipment to prepare invoice for declaration purpose.
- Maintaining 5S housekeeping at office and warehouse work area.
- Unloading the empty containers from truck and need to ensure the condition is good before sign over.
- Perform the plastic lining activity at Infineon for the empty containers for outbound purpose.
- Assist on the plastic wrapping of the ULD after the cargo has been stuffing by Infineon staff.
- Ensure all outbound and inbound documentation is in place.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistic and Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences in the logistic and transportation industry.
- Knowledge of warehouse management system would be an advantage.
- Service oriented good interpersonal and communication skills.

Total Salary Package Max RM 1800
Transport Allowance RM 100/month
