Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role you will support our Business Intelligence (BI) efforts by assisting in data collection analysis and reporting to help drive informed decisionmaking across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Preparation:
o Collect extract and consolidate data from multiple sources such as databases spreadsheets and APIs.
o Assist in data cleansing transformation and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
o Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data extraction processes and maintain data quality standards.
Analysis and Reporting:
o Support the development and maintenance of BI reports dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
o Conduct routine data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that can inform business decisions.
o Prepare adhoc reports and analyses in response to specific business inquiries or requests from stakeholders.
Business Insights and Recommendations:
o Assist in translating business requirements into analytical solutions by understanding stakeholder needs and objectives.
o Contribute to the interpretation of data findings and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
o Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on datadriven recommendations.
Documentation and Documentation:
o Document data sources methodologies and analytical processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility of analyses.
o Maintain documentation of BI reports dashboards and data models for future reference and auditing purposes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Systems Statistics or a related field.
12 years of experience in a datafocused role preferably in Business Intelligence Data Analytics or related areas.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the field of Business Intelligence.
