Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor to understand and meet their promotional needs.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with their marketing goals and campaign visions.
- Project Leadership:
- Oversee endtoend GWP campaign execution from conceptualization to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal creative operations and marketing teams to develop innovative and tailored solutions for clients.
- Sales Growth:
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
- Develop and implement account strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Trends and Insights:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance client campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis to maintain GWP Experts leadership position in the marketplace.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare detailed performance reports analyzing campaign results and client satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure all client data feedback and campaign details are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 35 years in account management client services or project management ideally in marketing advertising or promotions.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
