Job Overview:
The LAMP Stack Manager will lead the web development team overseeing all aspects of LAMP stack development. This role involves managing projects guiding the technical team and ensuring that development aligns with business goals. The manager will work closely with stakeholders to drive innovation and improve development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the web development team in developing LAMP stack applications
- Oversee the architecture design and deployment of web applications
- Ensure the performance scalability and security of applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align development with business needs
- Drive continuous improvement in the development process
- Manage project timelines resources and deliverables
- Mentor junior developers and manage performance reviews
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Linux Apache MySQL PHP and related technologies
- Proven leadership experience in managing development teams
- Deep understanding of web application architecture and design
- Strong project management skills with experience in agile methodologies
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of security best practices scalability and performance optimization
