Job Overview:
As a Lead Android Developer you will play a key role in the design development and maintenance of our Android applications. You will lead a team of talented developers providing guidance mentorship and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of highquality software solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced Android developers who are passionate about leveraging their skills to make a meaningful impact on our products and contribute to the growth and success of our company
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of new features and functionality for Android applications
- Architect and maintain scalable reusable and efficient code that meets performance and quality standards
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and QA engineers to define requirements prioritize tasks and deliver solutions that meet business objectives
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Android development and advocate for their adoption as appropriate
- Mentor junior developers providing guidance support and opportunities for growth and development
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- Continuously optimize the performance scalability and security of Android applications
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- 4 years of professional experience in Android application development with a proven track record of delivering highquality software solutions
- Expertise in Java and/or Kotlin programming languages
- Strong understanding of Android application development frameworks architecture patterns and best practices
- Experience with Android SDK Android Studio Gradle and related tools
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
