Job Overview:
The Lead Product UX Designer will be responsible for shaping the UX strategy leading design initiatives and ensuring that user needs and business objectives are aligned in our products. This role requires a seasoned UX professional with strong leadership skills experience in guiding teams and a robust portfolio of successful usercentered product designs. Youll have the opportunity to lead our UX vision improve product usability and mentor a team of talented designers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- UX Strategy & Vision: Develop and drive the UX vision and strategy aligning with company goals and enhancing the overall product experience
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead mentor and inspire a team of UX designers fostering a collaborative environment and promoting skill development
- User Research & Insights: Guide and support user research activities to ensure insights inform design decisions including usability testing persona development and user journey mapping
- Design System Development: Lead the creation and evolution of design systems ensuring visual consistency usability and scalability across products
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to deliver usercentered solutions that meet technical business and user needs
- EndtoEnd Product Design: Oversee the design process from concept through implementation ensuring all products are accessible visually cohesive and aligned with user needs
- Stakeholder Communication: Present design ideas and user insights to leadership and stakeholders providing evidencebased recommendations and fostering understanding of UXs role in product success
- Continuous Improvement: Stay uptodate on industry trends UX best practices and emerging technologies to bring new ideas and insights to the team
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in UX Design HumanComputer Interaction Graphic Design or a related field
- 8 years of experience in UX design with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role in a productfocused environment
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong UX design process including case studies showcasing problemsolving research insights and endtoend design thinking
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring UX design teams
- Strong knowledge of user research methodologies usability testing and usercentered design principles
- Experience in building and managing design systems and understanding of responsive design
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to advocate for design within a crossfunctional team
