Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record of supporting Pythonbased projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements collaborating with stakeholders and delivering clear actionable solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills the ability to present complex business problems and solutions and experience working in Pythonrelated projects. The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in driving successful project outcomes and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Documentation:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives for Pythonrelated projects.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements user stories and documentation.
- Facilitate requirementgathering sessions workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive business cases reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Present business problems solutions and progress to clients and senior management.
- Coordinate and maintain communication between different teams and business units.

Project Support & Implementation:
- Support Pythonrelated project development through the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work on optimizing business solutions.
- Conduct regular checkins with the client and project teams to ensure that project milestones are met and issues are promptly addressed.

Solution Design & Improvement:
- Assist in the design and enhancement of business solutions ensuring that they align with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on technical aspects related to Python projects helping bridge gaps between business and technical teams.
- Continuously analyze business processes and recommend improvements or automation solutions.
Required Skills:

Business Analysis Expertise:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Pythonrelated projects.
- Proficiency in creating detailed business requirements functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Ability to understand and document business processes workflows and system requirements.

Python Project Experience:
- Prior experience in supporting Pythonbased projects understanding Python development and how it integrates with business requirements.
- Ability to communicate technical details to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.

Stakeholder Communication & Presentation:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to lead discussions presentations and workshops.
- Strong interpersonal skills able to articulate business problems and solutions clearly.

Project Management & Agile Methodology:
- Experience working in Agile environments with an understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to support project management tasks ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Tools & Techniques:
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA Confluence MS Office Suite for documentation and presentations.
- Knowledge of data analysis reporting and modeling tools is a plus.

Client Interaction & Business Documentation:
- Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders documenting their needs and translating them into actionable business solutions.
- Experience in business process modeling and analysis.
