Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Recruitment Operations Manager to lead our Indian domestic staffing operations from the ground up. This role is based onsite at Hitech City Hyderabad and requires expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of recruitment operations including client management team building revenue generation and contract management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian staffing with proven experience in developing processes handling operational challenges and driving business growth.

  • In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy for Indian domestic staffing. You will oversee the endtoend recruitment lifecycle ensuring timely delivery of highquality candidates to clients. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their staffing needs and delivering customized solutions. Additionally you will negotiate and manage contracts with clients ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • As the Recruitment Operations Manager you will set up and lead a recruitment operations team including hiring training and mentoring recruiters. You will foster a highperformance culture focused on accountability collaboration and results. Establishing processes workflows and best practices for seamless recruitment operations will be essential and implementing technology tools and systems to optimize efficiency and track key metrics will be key to your success.
  • Developing strategies to achieve revenue targets including expanding the client base and identifying new business opportunities will also be a key part of your responsibilities. You will monitor team performance and implement corrective actions to meet financial goals ensuring the team is aligned with the business objectives. You will also ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulatory requirements preparing and presenting regular reports on recruitment metrics team performance and financial outcomes to senior management.
  • To be successful in this role you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Indian domestic staffing with at least 3 years in a managerial role. You should have a proven track record in client management team leadership and revenue generation. Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools is necessary along with a strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential as are strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams will be crucial to your success.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in setting up recruitment operations from scratch managing multiple clients across industries and familiarity with advanced recruitment technologies and analytics tools.
