Job Description :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in the US healthcare industry with a solid understanding of healthcare processes regulations and standards.
- Experience working with Agile project management tools such as Jira Trello or similar.

Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent leadership facilitation and coaching skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities.
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and healthcare IT systems.
