Job Overview:
The MEAN Stack Manager will lead a team of developers in creating and maintaining highperformance web applications using the MEAN stack. You will oversee project timelines ensure code quality and collaborate with other departments to align development with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of developers working on MEAN stack projects.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Ensure highquality code through regular reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
- Handle performance optimization troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Keep uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience (5 years) in MEAN stack development.
- Proven experience managing a team of developers.
- Indepth understanding of frontend and backend development processes.
- Strong knowledge of databases (MongoDB) and API integrations.
- Experience in project management and leading full software development lifecycles.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
