As the Technical/Operations Director you will oversee the development management and optimization of our SaaS platform ensuring it aligns with business goals and delivers unparalleled value to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business strategy driving performance innovation and operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Define and execute the technical and operational strategy for the SaaS platform ensuring scalability and innovation.
- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the SaaS platform ensuring bestinclass performance and reliability.
- Implement and refine processes for product delivery client onboarding and system maintenance to meet SLAs and exceed customer expectations.
- Build mentor and lead crossfunctional teams fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and innovation.
- Leverage analytics and reporting to optimize platform performance and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with leadership sales and client success teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience as a technical or operations leader in a SaaS environment.
- Strong background in software development cloud technologies and platform management.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a track record of driving operational improvements.
- Experience managing crossfunctional teams including engineers product managers and support staff.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g. churn rate LTV CAC) and operational KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
