Job Overview:
The MERN Stack Manager will oversee the development and delivery of web applications using MongoDB Express.js React and Node.js. This leadership role involves managing a team of developers defining project scopes and ensuring all technical processes align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of MERN stack developers ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards
Oversee the full development lifecycle from planning to deployment
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines
Ensure the scalability performance and security of all web applications
Conduct code reviews and maintain development best practices
Identify and implement technical improvements and innovations
Requirements:
5 years of experience in fullstack development with MERN stack
Proven leadership and team management experience
Expertise in MongoDB Express.js React and Node.js
Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Job Location: Remote/Hybrid/InOffice
