Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic organized and detailoriented individual to join the team. What you will be doing:  

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Engineering responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following

  • Office Administration implementation and management of Alice software program used for preventative maintenance
  • Office administration including payroll preparation mail record keeping messaging communicating with internal team as well as other departments
  • Office administrator for GAIA
  • Able to be flexible and reorganize priorities on a consistent basis
  • Ongoing maintenance of the departmental Health & Safety binders
  • Organizing and tracking the hotel and residence preventative maintenance program
  • Organizing and tracking inhouse work with service contractors
  • Comply with departmental policies procedures and service standards
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • High level of organizational skills
  • Experience working in a hotel maintenance environment including preventative maintenance
  • Previous exposure to departmental accounting tasks
  • Experience with contractor scheduling and project administration
  • Experience with key management and control systems
  • MS Office skills Word and Excel essential
  • Experience using electronic mail property management systems
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
