Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced PHP Manager to oversee the backend development and infrastructure of mobile applications. As the PHP Manager you will lead a team of developers ensuring the delivery of robust scalable and efficient serverside logic to support mobile applications. You will play a crucial role in managing project timelines optimizing backend performance and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration with mobile frontend components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the backend development of mobile applications using PHP ensuring efficient and scalable systems
- Manage a team of PHP developers providing guidance mentorship and technical support
- Oversee project timelines resource allocation and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including mobile app developers and designers to ensure smooth integration of APIs and web services
- Optimize the performance security and scalability of the backend infrastructure
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding testing and deployment processes
- Stay updated on the latest trends in PHP mobile app development and related technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field with extensive experience in PHP development
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing mobile app development projects
- Strong expertise in PHP MySQL RESTful API development and mobile backend optimization
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining highquality standards
- Experience with cloud services and backend integration with mobile applications is preferred
