Project: Video Content Analyst (Norwegian Language)
Schedule: MondaySunday rotative 40 hours a week
Start date: 06.01
Location: Santos office Lisbon
Introduction
Cross Border Talent is seeking passionate individuals for its partner BPO company to work on a Video Content Analyst project. Content Moderators play a critical role in ensuring safe and inclusive online communities. This missiondriven role involves moderating online content to create a positive and secure environment for users.
This project focuses on moderating and ensuring the accuracy of content (images text videos and listings) for one of the worlds leading technology companies. Your work will directly impact the accuracy and relevance of the digital space.

- Norwegian native speaker with fluency in English.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and skills.
- Organized and efficient in managing time and tasks.

- Selfmotivated resultsoriented and inquisitive with the ability to work independently.
DaytoDay Responsibilities
- Use specific product knowledge to ensure the accuracy of online content.
- Moderate and review content to comply with client policies and guidelines.
- Stay informed about social media trends influencers and engagement patterns.
- Deliver quality results within agreed timelines.
- Identify and escalate issues beyond established policies.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive data.
- Process and analyze content requests that do not meet compliance requirements.
- Apply marketspecific insights to enhance user community support.
